Her  passion for natural, results-driven aesthetics and exceptional patient care have helped her make a name for herself in an ultra-competitive industry. Beyond injecting, she is deeply committed to education and mentorship, with a strong focus on training and empowering other providers in the industry.

Lauren Garrison, BSN, RN, is an aesthetic nurse injector with a clinical background in Labor & Delivery, Plastic Surgery Pre-Op/PACU, and infusion therapy. She brings the same commitment to safety, precision, and patient-centered care from bedside nursing into every aesthetic treatment. Passionate about natural, undetectable results, Lauren combines artistry, anatomy, and individualized treatment planning to enhance her patients' unique features — not change them. Her goal is to create balanced, refreshed results that help patients feel confident, authentic, and empowered in their own skin.

Alexis Wood, RN is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through personalized care. Combining a strong clinical background with an eye for natural aesthetics, she specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, facial balancing, and skin rejuvenation treatments. Alexis is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine to provide safe, customized care for every patient at Metamorph Med Spa.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and provides personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals. Yuridia has experience performing neuromodulator treatments, dermal fillers, and regenerative aesthetic procedures, with a focus on patient education, safety, and subtle enhancements that maintain a natural appearance. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
