Meet Emily Smith: Award-Winning Injector & Industry Educator
Emily Smith is an award-winning aesthetic injector, educator, and entrepreneur who has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Injectors in the United States. As the Founder and CEO of Metamorph Medspa, Emily has successfully built and scaled a thriving aesthetic practice, establishing a reputation for delivering exceptional results, advanced training, and industry-leading patient care.
Having experienced firsthand how difficult it was to break into the aesthetics industry, Emily recognized a significant gap in injector education and mentorship. When she began her career, there were very few opportunities for new injectors to gain real-world experience, receive individualized guidance, or build confidence under the supervision of experienced providers.
This challenge became the inspiration behind creating her comprehensive training and mentorship program. Designed to bridge the gap between certification and clinical mastery, Emily's program goes beyond traditional training courses by providing ongoing mentorship, hands-on experience, case review, business development support, and continued access to expert guidance long after training is complete.

Our Training Courses
Basic Botox Training
Fee: $2,599
Learn how to treat all on-label areas of the face with Botox: Forehead (Frontalis), Glabella, and Crow's Feet. Includes didactic instruction followed by 2 hands-on models.
Advanced Botox Training
Fee: $2,999
Learn 5 off-label areas that can be treated with Botox: Masseters, Underarms, Platysmal Bands/Nefertiti Neck Lift, DAOs, and Chin.
Lip Filler 101
Fee: $3,199
A beginner's guide to lip filler. You will have 3 hands-on models who consent to photos and videos — so you can add their before-and-afters to your portfolio from day one. For advanced lip filler training, contact us directly.
SkinPen Microneedling & Diamond Glow
Fee: $1,999
Designed to provide providers with the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to safely and effectively perform SkinPen Microneedling and DiamondGlow treatments. Providers will gain a thorough understanding of how to address common concerns such as acne scarring, fine lines, uneven texture, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin rejuvenation.
Sculptra Training
Fee: $3,599
The training focuses on achieving natural-looking facial rejuvenation through collagen stimulation, facial balancing, and volume restoration while helping providers develop the confidence to safely incorporate Sculptra into their aesthetic practice.
PDGF Training
Fee: $1,199
This training program provides an in-depth understanding of Platelet-Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) therapy and its role in advanced skin rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetics. Participants will learn the science behind growth factors, patient selection, treatment indications, consultation techniques, application protocols, and how to effectively combine PDGF with treatments such as microneedling.
Cheek & Chin Filler
Fee: $1,999
This advanced training program focuses on foundational and advanced techniques for midface and lower-face contouring using dermal fillers. Participants will learn detailed facial anatomy, aesthetic proportions, patient assessment, and individualized treatment planning to achieve balanced, natural-looking results.

Truly One-on-One
Your entire training day is blocked off. You work directly with Emily — not in a group, not sharing a model. Real patients, real anatomy, real guidance.
You Actually Inject
Unlike programs where you may only observe or perform a single injection, our trainees treat multiple patients from start to finish on training day — with Emily in the room guiding every step.
The Mentorship Doesn't End
After completing your course, you're offered a 3-month mentorship. Book your own clients, treat them at our facility under supervision, and grow your portfolio while you work.
Get Paid While You Learn
During the mentorship period, you earn a 50% commission on every client you treat — the highest commission offered by any facility in the DFW area.
Certification & Requirements
You'll Receive
- A personalized certificate of completion at the end of your training day
- Ongoing mentorship access for 3 months following your course
- Portfolio photos and videos from your hands-on models (for applicable courses)
Requirements
- Current, valid license required: RN, PA, NP, or MD
- Training dates must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date
- Training slots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
